Great gear can make or break a trip experience, so our Leaders have pulled together a couple of favorite items.
Suggested Camping Packing List for Scouts
Troop 33 typically leaves for weekend camping trips on a Friday from St. Paul’s Church parking lot, returning that Sunday around 1 p.m. (depending on travel time). We suggest the following materials be a part of the scout’s pack so that they can become self-reliant and BE PREPARED.
A full Class A uniform is required for travel to and from the camping trip. Class B uniforms (Troop Shirt, Scout pants, Green Scout Socks) are worn throughout the weekend. Comfortable boots or hiking shoes that are required (no open toes shoes or crocs). Check off each item in pencil as you lay out your equipment pack.

Depending on the season, the distance and the topography of the planned hike, the equipment list may be different.
